Every postcard begins as an original gouache painting in my Tasmanian studio before being professionally printed in Australia and carefully prepared for its journey to your letterbox.
Bird Postcard Club
Bird Postcard Club subscriptions include standard shipping to the destination covered by your chosen subscription:
Australia subscription — A$6/month
International subscription — A$11/month
Subscribe by the last day of the month to receive the current Bird of the Month. Your postcard will be posted during the first week of the following month.
At checkout, you can choose how your postcard arrives:
📮 Postcard Mail
Your postcard is sent through the postal system as a traditional postcard, complete with stamps and postmarks that become part of its journey.
💌 Collector’s Mail
Your postcard is sent inside a premium white envelope to help keep it in pristine condition for collecting, displaying or framing.
Australian Shipping
Standard shipping within Australia is included in the Australian Bird Postcard Club subscription.
Postcards are mailed from Tasmania using Australia Post.
International Shipping
Worldwide standard shipping is included in the international Bird Postcard Club subscription.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal service. Customs processing may also cause occasional delays.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Changing Your Address
Please contact me before the end of the month if you need to update your mailing address.
Address changes received after your postcard has been prepared or posted may not take effect until the following month.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
Australia: approximately 3–10 business days after posting
International: approximately 2–6 weeks after posting
These are estimates only. Delivery may take longer during busy postal periods, severe weather or customs delays.
Missing or Delayed Mail
As postcards are sent using standard untracked mail, tracking information is not available.
If your postcard has not arrived after a reasonable period, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
For Australian deliveries, please allow at least 15 business days after posting before contacting me.
For international deliveries, please allow at least 6 weeks after posting.
