Refunds

At Feather & Perch, I want you to enjoy every piece of bird mail you receive. If something isn't right, please get in touch and I'll do my best to make it right.

Bird Postcard Club

You can cancel your Bird Postcard Club subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next month's postcard, please cancel your subscription before the end of the current month.

Once your monthly postcard has been posted, that month's subscription is non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your postcard or order arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, I'll arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Lost Mail

If your order hasn't arrived after a reasonable delivery period, please get in touch so I can help investigate and find the best way to resolve the issue.

Change of Mind

As Feather & Perch products are prepared and dispatched specifically for each subscription period, refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind purchases once your order has been posted.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major problem or doesn't match its description, you are entitled to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
